Middle East service provider Integrated Logistics Company in Ahmadi, Kuwait, has taken delivery of 30 new cranes from Terex. The deal comprises a Demag CC 3800-1 lattice boom crawler crane, 20 Terex AC 100/4L all terrains and 10 Terex Explorer 5600 all terrains.

The new units will join a fleet of more than 2,000 machines and they will be used in the Middle East and North Africa. The 650 ton CC 3800-1 is the first of its kind in the region.

Saleh Al Huwaidi, Integrated Logistics Company CEO, said, “Our growth has been driven by the relentless pursuit of being the best logistics provider in the region. To achieve that reputation, it’s vital for Integrated to have the best equipment available and work with
equipment suppliers who do an outstanding job of supporting us.

“Since 2005, we have purchased more than 200 Terex and Demag cranes because the machines are built well and the team at Terex Cranes is responsive to our needs.”
Al Huwaidi added, “We selected the CC 3800-1 because of its ability to outperform larger 750-ton class cranes in many applications.”

The new AC100/4L and Explorer 5600s are working in Kuwait, Qatar and Saudi Arabia. “These mobile cranes have proven to be a versatile option for our crews with their extremely long booms,” said Al Huwaidi. The vast fleet includes two 1,200 ton, Terex AC 1000-9 all
terrains, the first and only units of this capacity in the region.
